"Grace to all who love our Lord Jesus Christ with an undying love."  Ephesians 6:24
As God's children, our love for Him overflows in thankfulness to Him in our hearts at all times.  We sing songs of praise in our hearts to Him. We praise Him for His love expressed to us eternally with the gift of Jesus our Redeemer.  2 Corinthians 9:15 says, "Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!"    2 Corinthians 2:14, "But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of him."  When He lives in us, everywhere we put our foot He is there. When we walk in, He walks in and the knowledge of Him is spread everywhere we go. And in our hearts we sing praises to Him.
Jesus said in John 14:15-19,  “If you love me, keep my commands.  And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—  the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.  I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you.  Before long, the world will not see me anymore, but you will see me.  Because I live, you also will live."
He loves us and sent us His Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us into all truth. The Holy Spirit is our counselor, (John 14:26, "But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you."), our teacher,
1 John 2:27,  (" As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you, and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, not counterfeit—just as it has taught you, remain in him."), our sanctifier, (1 Peter 1:2, "who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by his blood: Grace and peace be yours in abundance."), and our guide, John 16:13, ("But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.") 
We are to live a life of thankfulness to Him.  1 Thes. 5:18 teaches, "give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus."  We are promised the victory through Christ Jesus in all things.  1 Corinthians 15:57 says, "But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."  Proverbs 21:31 promises us, "The horse is made ready for the day of battle, but victory rests with the LORD." 
We are to remember the promise in 1 John 5:4,"for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith."
